|Recommended: YesGreat but a few things to fix — Apartments are awesome however the floors sometimes get very filthy from the people that pick up the trash and the lack of available EV chargers due to the ones around me being broken needs to be improved.

|Recommended: NoLived here for 18 months…. For the amount of money that we pay to live here, the amount of police activity and crazy things to happen here were insane. I have proof of all. There are neighborhood chats discussing this. Also upon moving out they kept all my deposit but 300 something dollars for charges. We were the first to live in our specific apartment and only there for 18 months. Zero damages and cleaned up everything shampooed carpets, down to the lines in the carpet. Scrubbed the walls, dusted every spec of dust. There is no reason they should have done this, yet they say I have to pay to completely repaint the apartment plus labor, I pay to have the entire apartment re carpeted, and I was charged 240 cleaning fee because “the fridge wasn’t move in ready clean” So you pay for everything possible to get the next tenant in to absolutely screw. As a single mom, my daughter and I were depending on that check and we get almost nothing. Once again, this has happened to everyone I know

|Recommended: YesPick up your dog’s poop and kennel train them please and thank you. — Sometimes it feels like I am the only one who picks up their dog poop here. It’s not that hard people, and dog waste spreads disease and contaminates drinking water, so stop being lazy and pick it up. Also, kennel train your dogs, I don’t want to hear them barking and howling at all hours of the day.

|Recommended: YesNew Resident — I’ve only been here a couple of months. But it is so clean and quiet. Everything you need pools, dog parks and washing station, kids playground and multiple grills around the complex. I love that they hold community gatherings as well.

|Recommended: YesAcero 1bedroom Review — Aiden was kind and helpful from the tour all the way to move in day. I do like that he kept me updated with the status of my application through phone calls. I LOVE having valet trash and in-unit laundry. The resident portal is easy to use and keeps you updated with announcements. The balcony is bigger than expected for a one bedroom. A bonus is they gave me a Keurig for my apartment with k-pods.
