|Recommended: YesLovely — I have nothing against the company or the people who are working for them, in fact they are the best things about this place so far. It's the other tenants that are troublesome and I know it's not the company or the staff's fault. I've seen tenants not clean up after themselves. Our upstairs neighbors are extremely noisy we think it's a dog, but it's VERY stompy . There are many who play music too loud as well as a fair number of folks with very loud cars both of which have woken us up a number of times. We understand that some things can't be helped, such as a bad muffler that makes a car loud... but we think this is an intentional loud like those of a hot-rod car.
So in short it's tenants, not the complex, that keep me from giving this a full 5 star across the board.
PS. We have had to call maintenance a fair bit in our first month so I think a better inspection after move-out is needed to ensure less hassle on folks moving in. I felt ashamed having to have maintenance work around all of my boxes and stuff everywhere they assured me it was no trouble... but still.

|Recommended: YesJust moved in — Live living here as a first time apartment owner, everyone is super friendly the pool is well taken care of and the walls are so thick it keeps it cool in the summer warm in the winter and the neighbor noises out

|Recommended: YesExceptional Living Experience at Acero Queen Creek — I am thrilled to share my experience living at Acero Queen Creek. Since moving in 2023, I have truly felt at home here, and I recently signed a renewal for another 15 months because I can't imagine living anywhere else in Queen Creek.
One of the standout aspects of this community is the team. With my recent work order for my washer …Mike, the maintenance supervisor, consistently impresses with his top notch communication skills. It’s a rarity in this industry to find someone who is not only efficient but also takes the time to ensure residents are kept in the loop. His dedication makes a significant difference in my living experience.
Additionally, Micah and Will take pride in their work and resident interaction. Their commitment to excellence is evident in how they maintain the property and respond to requests. They always make me feel like a valued resident, which truly enhances my overall experience. This is evident this maintenance Team is led by a strong leader, Mike.
The office team deserves a special shout-out as well Boede is always welcoming and incredibly helpful with any questions I have, making every interaction a pleasure. Anjelica is equally wonderful, bringing kindness and positivity to the office. Their teamwork and dedication create a warm, inviting atmosphere that truly sets this community apart.
As someone in property management myself, I understand the challenges of this industry, and I am quite particular about where I choose to live. I am grateful to have found such an outstanding community that meets my high standards and continues to impress me.
Honestly, if you're looking for a place where you feel valued and well taken care of, I highly recommend Acero Queen Creek…Here’s to many more great months ahead

The area is for the most part quiet and great to have a small family to raise if needed. I’m very happy I was able to find this and call it my home.

The construction quality is solid, and noise is rarely an issue, making it a peaceful place to live. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always professional and helpful.
